Birth trauma can result from actual physical injuries, or from a
lack of oxygen during birth. Birth trauma can result in life-long
special care requirements for the parents. The staff at Campbell Renaud are very experienced in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Birth Trauma. We understand that these can be confusing and trying times for the individuals involved and we do our utmost to make the process simple and understandable. Everyone on our staff is both patient and compassionate. Firstly, we offer a no charge, no obligation initial consultation. We use this meeting to ascertain whether we are the right people to assist you with your case. We follow-up with an initial review of the facts surrounding the case, and a consultation with an independent physician. If we don't think that we are the best people to help you with your case, we will refer you to other professionals that may better understand the issues involved. Secondly, in most cases we will agree work
with you on a contingency basis. That means that our fees come out
of any settlement that comes about between the parties. If we are
unable to agree to terms with the other party and fail to win in
court, then you are under no obligation to pay us for our time and
efforts on your behalf.
